　　The China Insurance Asset Management Association has released the evaluation results of private equity investment fund managers for insurance fund investments in 2022. From the perspective of insurance institutional investors, the annual evaluation of 171 private fund managers has been completed. Wuxi Guolian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xichuang Capital, has been selected as an A-class manager for two consecutive years.

　　This evaluation is mainly based on the regulatory policies of insurance funds investing in equity investment funds and combined with the actual needs of the industry. It evaluates the evaluation object from 9 aspects (primary indicators), including corporate governance and investment team, management system and process, risk management, scale and performance, post investment management mechanism, legal and compliant operation, insurance cooperation, incentive constraints, information reporting and disclosure. The evaluation object is evaluated based on 41 secondary indicators, and 10 compliance operation related indicators are deducted points, with a maximum deduction of 30 points. According to the evaluation rules, the evaluation results are divided into four categories: A, B, C, and D. The evaluation results show that there are 126 companies in Class A (score 80 or above), 17 companies in Class B (score 70 to 80), 3 companies in Class C (score 60 to 70), and 5 companies in Class D (score below 60).
