Xi Venture Capital conducts training on "Time Management and Work Efficiency"

　　On the afternoon of January 19th, Wang Zhixing, Co President of Xicheng Venture Capital, brought the first lesson of the 2024 Xicheng Venture Capital Lecture Hall, "Time Management and Work Efficiency". He gave a detailed introduction from the basic principles of time management, specific implementation of time management, and methods to improve work efficiency.

　　Starting from the importance of time management, Wang Zhixing introduced the principle diagram of time management: efficiency=effectiveness x efficiency x diligence. In time management, effectiveness is the most important, followed by efficiency and diligence. In addition, Wang Zhixing also introduced some specific measures for time management, such as to-do lists, priority orders, nightly reviews, list organization, and effectiveness review. In daily work, it is important to be good at grading, classifying, and integrating tasks, prioritizing important tasks to ensure that the most important tasks are completed in the shortest possible time, while ensuring the smooth progress of other tasks.

　　Through this training, employees have further realized the importance of time management, learned some specific measures for time control, and formed a consensus on strengthening collaboration, improving efficiency, and promoting development in subsequent work.
