Recently, led by Guodiao Fund managed by Xichuang Capital, Xichuang Capital Headquarters, together with its market-oriented platforms Guolian Hehe and Guolian Xinchuang, as well as partners such as Binhu Guotou, Binhu Investment Promotion Center, and Liyuan Economic Development Zone, jointly completed a new round of financing of hundreds of millions of yuan for Jiangsu Yuntu Semiconductor, helping it promote the innovative research and commercialization of domestic automotive grade MCU products.
With the continuous development of electrification, intelligence, and networking in automobiles, automotive grade general-purpose MCU has become one of the core chips for intelligent electric vehicles, and its localization trend is irreversible. Xi Venture Capital closely focuses on the national strategy, with the goal of replacing domestic products and solving the bottleneck problem in the automotive chip field. In the future, Xi Venture Capital will collaborate with top institutions such as the National Research and Development Fund to help the company continue to increase its R&D investment, break through the barriers of core chip technology, and promote the creation of an independent and controllable chip industry chain.
