Wuxi Capital Group Releases Its 2024 Annual Sustainability Report

　　In order to actively respond to the national "dual carbon" strategy and effectively implement the spirit of the "Several Policy Measures for Accelerating the Comprehensive Green Transformation of Wuxi's Economic and Social Development", Wuxi Capital Group has released the "2024 Sustainable Development Report". 

　　This report is the second sustainability report released by Wuxi Capital Group to disclose and showcase the company's performance in the areas of environment, society, and corporate governance to stakeholders.

　　The main features of this report and the main work carried out by Wuxi Capital Group in 2024 in the field of green transformation include: firstly, completing the revision of the company's articles of association, risk control, investment decision-making, and bidding and procurement systems, so as to effectively incorporate the concept of sustainable development into the entire process of the company's daily operations and investment activities.

　　Secondly, in accordance with the "Accounting and Reporting Standards for Measuring Greenhouse Gas Emissions by Companies (2004)" and the relevant provisions of the International Sustainable Standards Board's "Climate related Disclosure Standards", the carbon emissions within Scope 3, especially those caused by investment activities, will be disclosed for the first time in the industry.

　　Thirdly, in order to facilitate communication and cooperation with overseas peers and create favorable conditions for future investment business overseas, the sustainable development report in both Chinese and English versions will be released simultaneously.

　　Next, Wuxi Capital Group will develop an ESG management information system to further improve the accuracy of disclosed information, and timely hire third-party intermediaries to carry out ESG certification and rating work; Further refine ESG compensation assessment and green investment indicator settings; Further increase investment in green and low-carbon fields, striving to make greater contributions to the comprehensive green transformation and high-quality development of Wuxi city.
