Integrated circuit war new industry parent fund plans to invest in sub fund through selection and public announcement

　　Today, the Wuxi Integrated Circuit War New Industry Special Fund of Funds plans to participate in the sub fund through the Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industry Fund of Funds decision. The proposed equity sub funds are as follows:

　　Wuxi Huayu Integrated Circuit Industry Fund: The total scale of the fund is 1 billion yuan, registered in Binhu District, Wuxi, with a duration of 8 years. It mainly invests in integrated circuit fields supported by Jiangsu Province and CRRC, such as automotive grade chips, semiconductor IC design, semiconductor equipment, and semiconductor materials.

　　According to the requirements of the selection announcement for the management institution of the industry sub fund of the Jiangsu Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Fund of Funds(hereinafter referred to as the "Integrated Circuit Industry Special Fund of Funds") of the Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industry Fund of Funds, after the process of institutional application, material initial review, due diligence, expert review, investment decision-making, etc., the first batch of proposed participating sub funds of the 2024 Integrated Circuit Industry Special Fund of Funds (see attachment for details) are now publicly announced. The public announcement period is from December 31, 2024 to January 7, 2025, with a public announcement period of 5 working days.

　　If any unit or individual has objections to the results of the public announcement, please raise them in writing during the public announcement period, and list the reasons for the objections and relevant supporting materials. If raised in the name of the unit, the official seal of the unit should be affixed to the objection materials; If submitted in the name of an individual, their real name, affiliation, contact address, and contact information must be clearly stated, and they must sign on the objection materials. To ensure objectivity, fairness, impartiality, and timeliness in handling objections, any anonymous or overdue objections will not be accepted.
