Wuxi Integrated Circuit War New Industry Fund of Funds plans to invest in sub funds for public announcement

　　Today, the decision to invest in the sub-funds proposed by the Wuxi Strategic Emerging Industries Special Master Fund has been approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Strategic Emerging Industries Master Fund. The proposed sub-funds for investment are as follows:

　　Wuxi High-tech Venture Capital Yida Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Fund: With a total fund size of 2 billion yuan, the fund is registered and established in Wuxi Xinwu District, with a duration of 10 years. The fund invests in fields such as specialized equipment and materials for integrated circuits, EDA software, IC design, optical chips, automotive-grade chips, and third-generation semiconductors. It focuses on investing in key links upstream and downstream of the integrated circuit industry chain, promoting research and development and breakthroughs in key technologies, and facilitating industrial upgrading.

　　According to the announcement requirements for the selection of management institutions for the industrial sub-funds of the Jiangsu Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Master Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Integrated Circuit Industry Special Master Fund"), which is a strategic emerging industry master fund in Jiangsu Province, after the processes of institutional application, preliminary review of materials, due diligence, expert evaluation, and investment decision-making, the first batch of sub-funds (see attachment for details) proposed to be participated in by the Integrated Circuit Industry Special Master Fund in 2024 is hereby announced for public disclosure. The public disclosure period is from January 8, 2025, to January 14, 2025, spanning five working days.

　　If any unit or individual has objections to the publicity results, please submit them in writing within the publicity period, and provide reasons for the objections and relevant supporting materials. If submitted in the name of a unit, the official seal of the unit should be affixed to the objection materials; if submitted in the name of an individual, the individual's real name, unit, contact address, contact information, etc. should be clearly stated, and the objection materials should be signed. To ensure objective, fair, just, and timely handling of objections, any objections submitted anonymously or after the publicity period will not be accepted.
