Wuxi Integrated Circuit War New Industry Mother Fund plans to invest in sub funds for public announcement

　　Today (September 5th), the Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Master Fund (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Wuxi Integrated Circuit Master Fund") intends to participate in the sub fund through the decision of the Wuxi Integrated Circuit Master Fund Investment Committee. The proposed sub funds are as follows:

　　The total scale of China Electronics Technology (Wuxi) Electronic Basic Industry War New Investment Fund is 2 billion yuan, registered in Binhu District, Wuxi, with a term of 8 years. The fund mainly invests in the integrated circuit/semiconductor industry chain, including integrated circuit/semiconductor design, manufacturing, equipment and components, electronic materials, complete machines, instruments and meters, and other fields.

　　According to the "Guidelines for the Application and Operation of Industrial Special Mother Funds in District and City" and the "Announcement on the Selection of Management Institutions for the Industrial Sub Fund of Jiangsu Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Mother Fund (Limited Partnership) of Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industry Mother Fund", after the process of institutional application, preliminary review of materials, due diligence investigation, expert evaluation, investment decision-making, etc., the proposed participation of Wuxi Integrated Circuit Mother Fund in the sub fund for 2025 (see attachment for details) is now publicly announced for a period of 5 working days, from September 5, 2025 to September 11, 2025.

　　If any unit or individual has objections to the results of the public announcement, please raise them in writing during the public announcement period, and list the reasons for the objections and relevant supporting materials. If raised in the name of the unit, the official seal of the unit should be affixed to the objection materials; If submitted in the name of an individual, their real name, affiliation, contact address, and contact information must be clearly stated, and they must sign on the objection materials. To ensure objectivity, fairness, impartiality, and timeliness in handling objections, any anonymous or overdue objections will not be accepted.

　　This announcement is made in accordance with the "Announcement on the Selection of Management Institutions for the Industrial Sub Fund of Jiangsu Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Mother Fund (Limited Partnership) of Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industries Mother Fund" regarding the selection of the sub fund management institutions mentioned above. It does not represent any investment commitment made by Wuxi Integrated Circuit Mother Fund. The investment obligation of Wuxi Integrated Circuit Mother Fund shall be subject to the final signed partnership agreement and other valid investment documents.
